A questionnaire with 220 questions that evaluates 30 sports personality characteristics

The questionnaire provides five response options ranging from ‘completely agree’ to ‘completely disagree’.

It can be completed online or in paper format and administered either on an individual or group basis. The answers are

cross-referenced with a database of more than 15,000 professional athletes.

Depending on the individual athlete, it takes between 20 and 40 minutes to answer all the questions, with no time limit applied.
